These two sisters were surrendered by their owner because they were "too big" and did those things puppies do (chewed, barked and liked to dig) early in June. Las Vegas Labrador Rescue went and picked the girls up and took them to our foster home.

We had gotten an e-mail from Nita and Michael about a week prior to us getting these two girls - and they had said they were looking for a puppy under a year old. When I told them we had two, they jumped all over it!

We were getting ready to go out of town, so the girls had to stay with the foster family for about a week, and as soon as we got back, we delivered the girls to their new forever home. The following story is what Nita and Michael wrote of their experience of adopting Hannah and Grace.

Labrador Retrievers have undoubtedly the best personality traits for a family, so in June we agreed to seek out a new family member.  We have had both chocolate and black labs in the past and decided to look for a yellow lab.  This time we joked, if we came across two we'd "go for it."  Coincidentally, the week we contacted Lisa, she was about to take possession of 2 sisters, Hannah and Grace (names we gave them).  A handful of emails later, a meeting with the dogs and we were the proud owners of two beautiful 6 month old yellow labs.  These girls are terrific and have very different personalities.  Grace is more mischievous and loves to stretch out on the couch.  Hannah plays fetch and is an awesome snuggler.  We are certain they are happier to stay together.

They both get into a bit of puppy mischief but are ultimately a joy to our family.  Thank you Lisa we love our girls!!!
