After the loss of our 16yr. old Black Lab, life was just not the same without a loving dog around.  So I started looking around for a new family dog, when I came upon the LVLR website and then I emailed Lisa with my interest in a new Lab, I was looking for a yellow Lab and Lisa informed me that there was two 10 month old yellow Labs coming available but one was already spoken for so Lisa sent me pictures of Jake AKA Kenickie who was the one available, so to say the least I was very excited.  We had the home visit and everything went well.  Then a week or so later my husband and I took a trip to Barstow to pick up our beloved Jake from his foster parents.  When we pulled up and saw this puppy dog in the back of the car it was truly love at first site, my husband right away said Aww! Look how cute he is.  He is so loveable and he loves to play especially with his Frisbee, I think that is his favorite toy.  I am very lucky that Jake & I get to spend a lot of time together, we go to the park everyday and go for long walks he loves to walk, he is also a very good about going for rides in the car.  Jake is enrolled in a training class and is totally a model student the trainer always uses him to set the example, and I just sit there being a very proud parent :)  Jake has truly brought life back to our family and we are very blessed to have such a wonderful dog.  We would like to thank Lisa at LVLR and to Andrea for bringing Jake to meet us in Barstow.  Thanks again to both of you.
