Pippy and her four littermates were dumped off in somebody's front yard one summer morning in Texas. This person was not a "dog" person, so they contacted a relative of theirs. This person was a member of a Labrador Retriever Chat Board and came on asking for help. Las Vegas Labrador Rescue stepped in and saved all five of them. They were vetted and fostered by Chad and Glenna for almost two months and when they were well and healthy, they were flown to Las Vegas.

Pippy came here and went into foster care. Two days later, she went to her home visit and instantly fit right in. Jimmy and family welcomed Pippy into their home that night. She went from being dumped on the side of the road, to having a real family of her own, including a (much) bigger brother, Snickers.
