Ranger (formerly known as Junior) is a gorgeous German Shorthair/Chocolate Labrador mix. He had quite the rough life before finally ending up with his wonderful new mom.

He was running after trucks when he was hit by a car. He had to have major surgery done on his rear leg and while he recovered, he became a part of a shelter we work with in Arizona. They helped him heal and when he was recovered, we brought him down to Las Vegas to be fostered.

It was apparent that whatever happened to Junior before the truck incident made him very nervous around any males. Jill, his foster home worked with him and became very attached to him in the process.

An amazing woman applied for him and shortly after that, she flew down here to Las Vegas and drove herself and Ranger to their new life in California.
